2. Description of the service
InfluCheap provides digital services related to social media platforms.
The app allows users to:
– Create an account
– Buy or earn internal credits called “Cheaps”
– Use Cheaps to request digital services
– Track order status
– Access support
– Receive rewards or discounts when available
3. Cheaps
Cheaps are internal digital credits used only within the InfluCheap app.
Cheaps:
– Are not legal currency
– Are not cryptocurrency
– Are not redeemable for cash
– Cannot be transferred outside the app
– Can only be used for services available within InfluCheap
– May be subject to app rules, limitations, or expiration policies if stated
InfluCheap may modify, suspend, or remove reward mechanisms, discounts, or promotional Cheaps when necessary.
4. User account
To use certain features, users may need to create an account.
Users are responsible for:
– Providing accurate information
– Keeping their account secure
– Maintaining control over their email and password
– Not sharing access with unauthorized persons
– Informing InfluCheap of suspicious activity
InfluCheap may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
5. Orders
To create an order, the user must select a service, quantity, and provide the required username, profile link, post link, channel link, music link, or other target information.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the provided information is correct.
InfluCheap is not responsible for delays, failed processing, or incorrect delivery caused by:
– Incorrect username or link
– Private or inaccessible profiles
– Deleted content
– Changed usernames
– Restricted accounts
– Platform limitations
– User error
– Force majeure or third-party issues
6. Passwords
InfluCheap never asks for social media passwords.
Users must not provide passwords, private access credentials, verification codes, or sensitive access information.
7. Order status
Orders may appear with different statuses, such as:
– Received
– In progress
– Processed
– Requires review
– Cancelled
A “Processed” status means that the order has been processed internally or sent for execution. It does not necessarily mean that every external platform metric has been manually verified by InfluCheap.
Some services may be delivered gradually.
8. Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the service, quantity, platform, availability, technical limitations, demand, and third-party providers.
Any delivery time shown in the app or website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Third-party platforms
InfluCheap is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, Twitch, X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, ByteDance, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.
All trademarks, logos, and platform names belong to their respective owners.
Users are responsible for complying with the terms and rules of the platforms they use.
10. User responsibility
Users agree not to use InfluCheap for:
– Illegal purposes
– Fraudulent activity
– Harassment
– Impersonation
– Promotion of prohibited content
– Violation of third-party rights
– Any activity that breaches applicable laws or platform rules
InfluCheap may refuse, cancel, or review orders that appear suspicious, abusive, illegal, or contrary to these Terms.
11. Payments
If purchases are made through the mobile app, payments may be processed by Google Play Billing or another authorized payment provider.
Payment availability, currency, taxes, and pricing may vary by country, platform, or payment provider.
InfluCheap does not directly control payment methods made available by third-party payment processors.

Prices may vary depending on:

– App store rules
– Exchange rates

InfluCheap may update prices at any time.
13. Rewards and discounts
The app may offer rewards such as daily check-ins, roulette rewards, ads, promotional Cheaps, or discounts.
Rewards and discounts may be limited by:
– User account
– Day
– Country
– Availability
– Technical conditions
– Abuse prevention rules
InfluCheap may modify, suspend, or remove reward systems if necessary.
14. Refunds and replacement

15. Account deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through:

Certain information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
16. Service availability
InfluCheap may modify, suspend, interrupt, or discontinue any part of the service due to maintenance, technical issues, legal requirements, business changes, security concerns, or force majeure events.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluCheap is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
InfluCheap is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, content removals, algorithm changes, or changes in platform policies.
18. Suspension or termination
InfluCheap may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user:
– Violates these Terms
– Provides false information
– Engages in fraud or abuse
– Attempts to manipulate Cheaps, rewards, discounts, or orders
– Uses the service unlawfully
– Causes technical, legal, or reputational risk
19. Intellectual property
All app designs, texts, graphics, logos, software, systems, and content created by InfluCheap are owned by or licensed to INFLUCHEAP CHILE SpA.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit InfluCheap content without authorization.
20. Changes to these Terms
InfluCheap may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the app after changes means that the user accepts the updated Terms.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
