DELETE ACCOUNT

This page explains how users can request deletion of their InfluCheap account and associated personal data.
InfluCheap is operated by INFLUCHEAP CHILE SpA, RUT 77.820.145-3, located in Santiago, Metropolitan Region, Chile.
1. How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your InfluCheap account by contacting us at:

In your message, please include:
– Email associated with your InfluCheap account
– Your full name or display name, if available
– A clear statement that you want to delete your account
– Any relevant order ID, if your request is related to an order

2. In-app deletion path
If you have access to the InfluCheap app, you can start the process from:
Profile > Legal information > Delete account > Request account deletion
This option will direct you to the account deletion request page or instructions.
3. What data may be deleted
After verifying the request, InfluCheap may delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
– Account profile information
– Email address
– Display name
– App preferences
– Support information when deletion is appropriate
– Data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
4. Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for:
– Legal obligations
– Tax or accounting records
– Fraud prevention
– Security
– Dispute resolution
– Enforcement of terms
– Customer support history
– Protection of InfluCheap’s rights
– Compliance with app store, payment, or regulatory requirements
This may include limited order records, transaction records, payment-related references, support logs, or other information that we are legally or legitimately required to keep.
5. Orders and Cheaps
Deleting your account may affect access to:
– Current Cheaps balance
– Rewards
– Discounts
– Order history
– Support requests
– Pending orders
– Account benefits
If you have active or pending orders, we may need to review them before completing the deletion request.
Cheaps are internal digital credits and are not redeemable for cash.
6. Verification
To protect users, we may need to verify that the deletion request comes from the account owner.
We may request additional information if necessary to confirm the identity of the requester.
We will not ask for social media passwords.
7. Processing time
We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying the request.
Some requests may take longer if they involve pending orders, disputes, legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, or technical limitations.
8. Withdrawal of request
If you change your mind after requesting deletion, contact us as soon as possible.
If the deletion process has already been completed, we may not be able to restore the account or associated data.
9. Important consequences
After account deletion:
– You may lose access to your account
– You may lose access to your Cheaps balance
– You may lose access to rewards and discounts
– You may lose access to order history inside the app
– Some data may remain in limited form when legally or operationally necessary
