1. REQUESTING ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request deletion of their InstaAura account at any time.

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your username
  • A clear request to delete your InstaAura account

2. DATA THAT MAY BE DELETED

After verifying the request, we may delete or anonymize information associated with your account, including:

  • Username
  • Public profile description
  • App progression data
  • Virtual Followers
  • Ranking information
  • Reward history
  • Gameplay activity
  • Account profile information

3. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

Certain information may be retained when necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security investigations
  • Accounting obligations
  • Purchase verification
  • Dispute resolution
  • Enforcement of our Terms and Conditions

This may include records related to purchases, transactions, abuse prevention, support requests, and security logs.

4. EFFECT OF ACCOUNT DELETION

After account deletion:

  • You may lose access to your account.
  • Your Aura, fragments, XP, levels, Virtual Followers, rankings, rewards, and history may be permanently removed.
  • Deleted data may not be recoverable.
  • Active or pending rewards may be cancelled.

5. PROCESSING TIME

We will review and process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving sufficient information to identify the account.

Additional verification may be required to protect the account owner.

PERMANENT ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request the permanent deletion of their InstaAura account and associated personal data.

Account deletion requests may be initiated directly through the application, when available, or by contacting us using the email address listed below.

Upon successful verification and processing of the request, personal data associated with the account may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.
