These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the InstaAura mobile application, website, and related services operated by InfluCheap Chile SpA («InstaAura», «we», «our», or «us»).

3. USER ACCOUNTS

4. AURA, FRAGMENTS, XP AND VIRTUAL FOLLOWERS

InstaAura includes several virtual progression systems.

Aura

Aura is an in-app virtual currency used within InstaAura.

Aura:

Is not real money.
Is not a cryptocurrency.
Has no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is non-transferable.

Fragments

Fragments are virtual items used to obtain Aura according to the rules available within the application.

XP and Levels

XP and levels are progression systems used to measure user activity and participation.

Levels do not represent financial value and cannot be transferred.

Virtual Followers

Virtual Followers are an in-app progression and ranking mechanic.

Virtual Followers:

Are not real social media followers.
Have no monetary value.
Cannot be exchanged or redeemed.
Exist solely for gameplay, rankings, achievements, and progression.

5. RANKINGS

InstaAura may include monthly rankings, leaderboards, achievements, and competitive systems.

Rankings may display:

Username.
Public profile description.
Account level.
Monthly rank.
Virtual Followers.
Ranking position.

Ranking systems may reset periodically according to the rules displayed within the application.

6. REWARDS

InstaAura may offer virtual or digital rewards through the platform.

Availability of rewards may depend on:

Operational capacity.
Fraud prevention measures.
Platform availability.
Budget limitations.
Technical restrictions.

Having sufficient Aura does not guarantee immediate reward fulfillment.

Rewards may be delayed, reviewed, queued, modified, or unavailable depending on operational conditions.

7. PURCHASES

Purchases made within InstaAura are processed through Google Play Billing or other authorized payment providers.

InstaAura does not store credit card information or payment credentials.

All billing, payment processing, and refund procedures are governed by the applicable payment provider.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

Use bots, scripts, macros, emulators, or automation tools.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics.
Attempt to modify balances, rankings, or rewards.
Reverse engineer the application.
Circumvent security systems.
Create multiple accounts for abuse.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Interfere with the operation of the platform.

9. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

Suspend accounts.
Restrict access.
Remove rewards.
Reset progress.
Terminate accounts.

when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in abuse, fraud, manipulation, or activities harmful to the platform.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, systems, and materials related to InstaAura remain the property of InfluCheap Chile SpA or its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.

11. DISCLAIMER

InstaAura is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability.
Error-free operation.
Uninterrupted service.
Compatibility with all devices.

Features may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluCheap Chile SpA shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages.
Incidental damages.
Consequential damages.
Loss of profits.
Loss of data.
Service interruptions.
Third-party actions.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published through the application or official website.

Continued use of InstaAura after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. TERMINATION

Users may stop using InstaAura at any time.
